Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants with signs and symptoms of lumbar spondylosis along with x-ray of lumbar spine showing degeneration 2. Participants of both sexes aged 30-60 years 3. Participants fits for anuvasana vasti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with major systemic illness like cardiac disease, uncontrolled hypertension, kidney disease, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. 2. Those who have undergone surgical treatment in affected joints. 3. Participants not fit for anuvasana vasti as per Ayurvedic classics 4. Participants with no rise in ESR, CRP
