Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have signs and symptoms of vatarakta patients willing to participate with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: known case of septic arthritis ,osteoarthritis,rheumatoid arthritis,SLE Patient suffering from major illness like HIV,TB, Malignancy, uncontrolled diabetes and renal impairment, second hyperuricemia
