Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient having specific symptoms of Dry eye. 2.Schirmer-I test positive (less than 15mm) 3.Tear film break-up time less than 15 seconds

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with impaired eyelid function (eg: Bell’s palsy) 2.Patients with eyelid deformities 3.Patients with infective eye disease 4.Pregnancy, lactation, patients under corticosteroids 5.Patients on steroids, oral contraceptive pills, estrogen replacement therapy or any other medication that may adversely affect the outcome of the study 6.Patients suffering from major systemic illness necessitating long term drug treatment (Rheumatoid arthritis, Psycho-Neuro- Endocrinal disorders, etc.).
