Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cooperative children aged between 2-6 years having normal primary dentition with no or minimal crowding. Children with both the primary maxillary central incisors present. Children with maxillary labial frenum present.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence of maxillary labial frenum. Children with any systemic illness and congenital/developmental defects. History of trauma/injury in the premaxillary region. Children with loss of primary maxillary anterior teeth following trauma. Children under any medication known to affect the gingiva.
