Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 200 women who are coming for regular antenatal visits to AIIMS PATNA will be included in our study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Mothers with Cancer breast or on cytotoxic and chemotherapy drugs. -Mothers of babies born with oro-pharyngeal abnormalities like cleft lip and palate -Mother of babies requiring NICU admission within 24 hours of birth -Mothers admitted in ICU within 24 hours of delivery

The initiation time point of breastfeeding and total duration of exclusive breastfeeding.Timepoint: Day 1 and Day 7,6 week ,10 week,14 week and 6 months
