Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AKEA (Active Knee Extension Angle) below 170 degree Major presenting complaint of tightness in posterior thigh

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any recent hamstring injury. Any recent lower limb fracture. Players with positive slump test. Players having complaint of pain or injury in back. Players having knee or hip joint or stiffness in knee joint. Any recent ligament injury.
