Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All cases of organophosphorus poisoning within 48 hours of poisoning, confirmed by history, circumstantial evidence of poisoning, specific clinical examination, and basic laboratory reports
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of intake of organophosphorus compound mixed with any other poison or alcohol. 2. Patients having chronic alcohol intake. 3. Patients who are a known case of chronic liver disease. 4. Patients with chronic renal failure or any other renal disorders. 5. Patients with chronic pancreatitis of any etiology. 6. Patients with diseases of the salivary gland. 7. Pregnant females. 8. Patients with malignancy or metastasis
