Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To determine the levels of serum CRP, albumin, NLR, and Tau protein preoperative in cancer patients who develop Post operative delirium compared to those who do not develop Post operative delirium. 2. To examine the correlation between serum CRP to albumin ratio, Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, Tau protein levels preoperatively and the severity and duration of Post operative delirium in elderly cancer patients. 3. To determine the predictive value of serum CRP, albumin, Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, and Tau protein levels preoperatively for the development of POD in cancer patients undergoing surgery.Timepoint: 1.preoperative evaluation of Postoperative Cognitive dysdunction 2. 12th hours after extubation evaluation of Cognitive Function 3. 1 day after extubation 4. 2nd post operative day 5. 3rd post operative day 6. every day untill dischage of the patient. 7. after 3 months of Operation.
