Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Antenatal women attending OBG OPD maternity ward in the first trimester Singleton pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of Diabetes mellitus. Pregnant women age less than 18 years Chronic Liver Disease Chronic Renal Diseases multiple pregnancy
