Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) physical status I and II underweight pediatric patients, age 05-15 years scheduled for elective surgery, in whom a supraglottic airway is indicated for general anaesthesia. An underweight pediatric patient will be estimated according to standardized tables and growth charts as per IAP 2015 guidelines
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Parents/guardians who do not give consent to participate in the study Patient at risk of pulmonary aspiration Inadequate fasting History of recent airway infection Patients who are to be operated in prone position Anticipated difficult airway
