Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects having hopeless teeth indicated for extraction including root fractures, mobile teeth, incomplete root canal treatment. 2.Sufficient available bone in terms of quality and quantity as determined by cone beam computer tomography (CBCT). 3.Free from systemic diseases affecting gingival tissue and osseointegration. 4.Positive informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with systemic diseases and hereditary disorders. 2.Sites with acute infection. 3.History of smoking, alcohol, drug or tobacco abuse. 4.Pregnant or lactating women. 5.Subjects with poor oral hygiene. 6.Implant insertion torque less than 35Ncm. 7.Insufficient bone volume or damage to cortical plate during extraction. 8.Subjects with Parafunctional habits.
