Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who are between the ages of 50 and 65 years, male and female, will be recruited. Further, they must have scored above 26 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with history of head injury, stroke, psychiatric, neurological or neurocognitive disorders and impairments; presence of significant visual or motor impairments; or family history of schizophrenia or substance use disorders will be excluded from the study.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To develop normative data for a visual memory and visa-spatial construction test called Benton Visual Retention Test among the middle aged and elderly healthy individuals.Timepoint: It will be taken at one time point.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To develop a 20 minute delayed administration for a visual memory test (Benton Visual Retention Test) & to compare the same with another visual memory test, Complex Figure Test.Timepoint: Will be assessed at baseline & post a 20 minute delay.
