Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with suspected infection/sepsis, started on empirical antibiotic therapy for more than or equal to 24 hours. Patients who will are admitted in ICU for at least 5 days or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on antibiotics as definitive therapy as per culture sensitivity.
