Intervention1: BILASTINE: Bilastine in a dose of 20 mg OD will be given and if symptoms does not improve at 2 weeks than
dose of Bilastine will be increased to 40 mg.
Control Intervention1: FEXOFENAD

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients older than 18 years. Patient diagnosed with Allergic Rhinitis Patients diagnosed with perennial allergic rhinitis not on any antihistaminic treatment for past 1 week. Patient willing to give consent for study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with a nasal pathology attributing to nasal obstruction. Patients already on Treatment with Allergic Rhinitis. Patients on concomitant medication interfering with drug metabolism.( with CYP3A4 inhibitors like Ketoconazole , erythromycin, Clarithromycin, Itraconazole ) Pregnant & Lactating females
