Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 25 and 40 years. 2. Obesity Class 1- BMI – 30-35 kg/m² (indicative of obesity). 3. Willingness to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children, Adolescents, 2. Pregnant and lactating Women 3. Hypothyroidism 4. Diabetes & metabolic disorders 5. Serious medical conditions like cardiovascular diseases, 6. Liver disorders 7. CKD 8. Congestive cardiac failure 9. Recent history of IHD AND STROKE 10. Any other serious systemic illness 11. Will be excluded clinically or based on available medical reports.
