Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with classical sign and symptom of Vrana will be included in the trail. 2.Patient who will give written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient suffering from any malignancy. 2.Patient who is not eligible for Shodhan of Vrana according to Sushrut Samhita. 3.Patient suffering from tuberculosis. 4.Patient suffering from HIV & Hepatitis B. 5.Patient suffering from any major systemic disorder. 6.Patients suffering from wounds like tubercular wound, leprotic wound, malignant wound, diabetic wound, burns, wounds having excessive loss of tissues, etc.
