Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.football players age from 20-25 years. 2. both genders. 3.two group divided (twitch obtaining intramuscular stimulation, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation and exercises ), ( instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation and exercises). 4. football players playing more than one year. 5. active trigger points on calf muscle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. players with musculoskeletal injuries in recent 3 month. 2. players recovering from injury.
