Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) University students (ii) Age range 20 to 45 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ((i) Persons with cognitive problems based on Mini mental state examination (MMSE) (ii) person with Tinnitus(iii) Person with extra systole based on electrocardiogram (ECG) (iv) Any respiratory problem
