Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pain in the TMJ region which aggravated by protrusion, maximal mouth opening and lateral movements of the mandible and function Patient having internal derangement of TMJ with Wilke’s Class II & III Pain persists even after two weeks of analgesics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with haematological and neurological disorders. 2. Rheumatoid Diseases 3. Bony ankylosis of the TMJ 4. Pregnancy 5. Medical contraindications 6. Unwillingness to receive one of the study treatments
