Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Middle aged group of 30-55 years under sedentary lifestyle are selected Both the sexes are included Family history of diabetes and waist circumference of more than 90cm are included Adults with prediabetic state will be included by assessing their HbA1C levels between 5.7-6.4 are included Assessing the health related quality of life using Diabetes Risk Assessment Questionnaire are included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diabetes mellitus are excluded Patients who had the history of chronic diseases Patients who are suffering from other illness and malignancies
