Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 and 2 All patients scheduled for elective maxillofacial surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal ASA grade 3 and 4 Pregnancy and lactating mother Hemodynamic instability Allergy to study drugs Patient with nasal polyps and mass
