Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Only Recreational Badminton Players Players who play atleast twice a week According to weight bearing lunge test, men who have less than 14.2 cm and women who have less than 12.7 cm from wall to heel

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent surgeries in leg Recent injuriers and fracture in leg Neuromuscular disorder Calf muscle strain
