Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Self-reported Premenstrual syndrome for 3 previous menstrual cycles. 2 Regular menstrual cycle 3 ACOG Diagnosing criteria of premenstrual syndrome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Subjects undergoing prolonged medication for various systemic illnesses. • Subjects with irregular menstrual cycle. • Concomitant psychotherapy. • Pelvic inflammatory disease. • Subject who are eager to conceive. • Lactating women.

To asses the symptoms of Premenstrual syndrome using ACOG criteria Premenstrual syndrome scale Timepoint: Subjective parameter ACOG criteria Premenstrual syndrome scale Pre and Post assessment

MeasureTime frame
Objective parameter Blood serum level of sodium, potassium will be assessed on 21 to 25 days of menstrual cycle during study period. a. Before the intervention. b. In the very next luteal phase after completion of treatment. Timepoint: Assessment done on 0th and 61 th day.
