Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INDIVIDUALS DIAGNOSED WITH CERVICAL RADICULOPATHY DUE TO CERVICAL DISC HERNIATION(CDH BY MRI). A SYMPTOM DURATION OF 3 OR MORE THAN 3 MONTHS(SEVERITY OF NECK PAIN,RADIATING TO THE ARM NUMBNESS IN THE FINGER,HAND OR ARM). PATIENTS WHO CAN READ AND UNDERSTAND MALAYALAM

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Cervical Spinal Stenosis Patients with Diabetes Mellitus. And with Neuro Muscular Weakness. Patients with psychiatric and Cognitive Disorders. Illiterate Patients.
