Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Older adults age range 60-80yrs of Age Both genders MMSE score more than 24 Low Scores on Modified Falls Efficacy Scale less than 50% Confidence score Able to move independently with or without walking aids. o Willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Recent Neurological or musculoskeletal injuries affecting mobility & Balance Recent surgeries of lower limb Any visual/auditory defects/surgeries/ vestibular disorders Medically unstable individuals
