Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: SINUS RHYTHM, ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE AND DIAGNOSED WITH CORONARY ANGIOGRAPHY TO HAVE A CHRONIC TOTAL OCCLUSION

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: POOR ECHO WINDOW LVEF LESS THAN 50 PERCENT RHEUMATIC VALVULAR HEART DISEASE EGFR LESS THAN 30ML/MIN
