Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II undergoing elective surgery for gynecomastia correction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of allergic reaction to any local anaesthetic Bleeding diathesis Infection at the puncture site Difficulty in understanding VAS (visual analog scale) for pain assessment
