Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers include both genders in the age group of 18-24years. Volunteers who belong to undergraduate level of education. Volunteers not using medication known to affect food /water intake or appetite, not athletes in training, not pregnant or lactating, non-smokers. Volunteers not dieting to gain or lose weight and regularly eating three meals per day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers who are on some sedatives, hypnotics, and tranquilizers or any other medication for any acute or chronic physical or mental illness. Volunteers reported a history of depression, eating disorders, current use of medications known to alter food intake or body weight.

Recruited one are assessed with body composition indicators before food and after food.
