Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject will be selected on the basis of BMI (body mass index) 25 TO 35 ( Overweight and obese class 1) Subject willing to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subject having systemic diseases like HTN, DM, Asthma subject suffering from any chronic disease
