Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Students currently enrolled in higher education institutions, 2) Participants in the age group of 18-30 years, 3) Participants will be selected from the eastern region of India, 4) Participants who can read and write English and who can communicate in one of the following languages: English and Hindi. 5) All gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) History of chronic or diagnosable medical/neurological illness. 2) Severe psychological distress that requires immediate intervention, as determined by a preliminary screening.
