Intervention1: coriander seed and Ginger: intake of 1gm of coriander seed powder and 1gm of ginger powder in 200ml normal water on empty stomach for 12 weeks Intervention2: Coriander seed: consumption

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Females aged from 17 years to 25 years 2. Females with the history of primary dysmenorrhea at least from past 1 year 3. Females with regular menstrual cycle with period varied from 21 to 35 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Females suffering from dysmenorrhoea due to an underlying pelvic pathological condition (secondary dysmenorrhoea). 2. Females on medication for dysmenorrhoea 3. Females with oral contraceptive pills, intra uterine devices and under medication for dysmenorrhea. 4. History of abnormal uterine bleeding 5. Females with pelvic infections. 6. Females with history of psychiatric illness. 7. Females with regular use of medication for any disease. 8. Any allergy to ginger and coriander seeds.
