Intervention1: Adductor canal block: Single shot of 20 ml of 0.25% ropivacaine with dexamethasone 4mg. Monitored for 24 hours. Control Intervention1: Femoral nerve block: Single shot of 20 ml of 0.25%

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient not willing to give informed written consent 2.Significant psychiatric or mental disorder 3.Lower extremity neuropathy or neurological deficit 4.Coagulopathy 5.Local skin infections 6.Allergy to local anaesthetics
