Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects comes under diagnosed criteria of Amavata with special reference to Rheumatoid Arthrtis subjects age between 30-60 years,irrespective gender,sex will be selected and Panchakola sidda yavagu and simhanada will be provided to one group and for another group only simhanada guggulu will be given for 14 days to assess the inflammatory changes in blood

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with chronic Systemic disorders like CHD,CKD,CA and who are on prolonged Medication(Steroids) 2.Chronic patients of RA (more than 10 years) 3.Pregnant and Lactating women will be excluded
