Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grades I and II. 2.Modified Mallampati class I to class II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Surgical procedures performed in urgent or critical situations. 2.Patients with full stomach. 3.Pregnancy. 4.Anticipated difficult airway patient. 5.Disease affecting neuromuscular transmission(myopathies). ? Family H/O neuromuscular disorder (NMD).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
-To assess the effect of cisatracurium and rocuronium in terms of: 1.hemodynamic parameters:heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),mean arterial pressure(MAP) . 2.Oxygen saturation(SpO2). Timepoint: during intraoperative period the Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, SpO2 Monitored - Every 3 Minutes for 30 Minutes Then Every 5 Minutes for 1 hours than every 15 minutes for next hours Until Surgery Completed.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To determine time taken from induction to intubation while using cisatracurium & rocuronium when train of four will be zeroTimepoint: Time taken will be approx 5 minutes by the drug from the time of induction to make train of four value zero.
