Intervention1: Nutool (Irrigation Therapy): 15-20 minutes Joshanda of gule babuna (Decoction of Matricaria chamomilla L.) will be poured continuously in rhythmic flow on a targeted part from a height

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with moderate pain of VAS greater than 4 and lesser than 6 . will get Written informed consent from each participant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Below 25 and above 60 years Specific types(such as Septic Arthritis, pain due to cancer etc.,) Pregnant and lactating women Fracture Any metabolic disease Patients not willing for consent.
