Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to give consent. ASA grade I, II &III. Patients who are scheduled to receive general anesthesia with orotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non co-operative patients Inter incisor gap less than 2.5cm. Cervical spine pathology. Anticipated airway difficulties (Mallampati grade 4 or thyromental distance less than 6cm) History of drug allergy present BMI more than or equal to 30kg/m2 Patients who need awake or nasal intubation
