Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Willingness of patients. 2.Up to 10 years after establishment of menopause. 3.Women having any clinical features of menopausal syndrome along with psychological disturbances which are present in Menopausal rating scale (MRS Scale) are included. 4.Women with surgical menopause (i.e. after hysterectomy) are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from any acute and chronic illness. 2. Patients with poorly controlled DM and HTN greater than (160/100 mm of Hg) were excluded. 3. Patients with diagnose case of Malignancy.
