Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gram staining or laboratory proven microsporidial keratitis (MKC) 2. Any age group who could cooperative for corneal scraping

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Microsporidial stromal keratitis 2.Laboratory negative SPKs 3.Uncoperative patient or not willing for follow up
