Health Condition 1: K090- Developmental odontogenic cysts

Interventions

Intervention1: 5 Flurouracil: After enucleation, sterile ribbon gauze was coated with 5-FU pack into the surgical cavity. Wound was closed in usual manner leaving a small end exposed into oral cavity

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who diagnosed with odontogenic keratocyst (biopsy proven) 2.Patients diagnosed with syndromic multiple OKC 3.Patient willing for surgical enucleation followed by local chemical curettage or cryotherapy 4.Patients under ASA I / ASA II category

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recurrent OKC cases 2.Patients not willing for surgical enucleation 3.Medically compromised patients 4.ASA III And ASA IV 5.Pregnant and lactating women

MeasureTime frame
To compare the Recurrence of odontogenic keratocyst after treatment using 5 flurouracil and liquid nitrogen after surgical enucleation. Timepoint: 6th Month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To compare the post-operative nerve paraesthesia in odontogenic keratocyst after treatment using 5 flurouracil and liquid nitrogen after surgical enucleation. 2.To compare the post-operative wound healing in odontogenic keratocyst after treatment using 5 flurouracil and liquid nitrogen after surgical enucleation.Timepoint: 3rd day, 7th day, 6th Month
