Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All genders, between the age group of 40 to 65 years 2.Clinically diagnosed with stage 1 and stage 2 adhesive capsulitis 3.With a pain intensity of less than 6 on NPRS 4.With a capsular pattern of restriction 5.Who is willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants : 1.Clinically diagnosed with neurological or psychiatric disorders. 2.With febrile condition 3.With a history of previous shoulder/neck surgery in the past 3 months 4.Clinically diagnosed with other musculoskeletal disorders of the shoulder like Inflammatory arthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Osteoarthritis of the shoulder 5.Clinically diagnosed with medical condition contraindicated for performing exercise 6.Recent history of traumatic injury, fractures to the upper limb in the past 3 months 7.With a history of Traumatic injury to the cervical spine in the past 3 months
