Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In irrespective of gender caste religion and region etcetera Stone size up to 10mm evident in USG

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with severe and acute pain which require medical emergency treatment or immediate surgical intervention 2 Cases with severe hydronephrosis 3 Severe Hematuria 4 Acute or Chronic renal disease 5 Acute retention of urine for more than 24 hours 6 Hyperparathyroidism 7 Developmental defects or structural abnormalities of kidney 8 Neoplastic conditions 9 Endocrinal diseases 10 Staghorn stone 11 Immuno compromised patients 12 Immigrants

To analyze the effectiveness of shigrumula tvaka kvatha and vaunadi kvatha in the managment of mutrsahmariTimepoint: Total 200 patients from India only

All the sign symptoms & investigation will get compared At the time of enrollment, After 03 month of trial & at the end of trial.Timepoint: After 03 month of trial Each Assessment will be carried out based on Changes in Sign Symptoms & Investigations.
