Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All children admitted to Paediatric Intensive Care Unit between ages 1 month to 18 years. 2. Children admitted for atleast 8 hours to the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit, KMC Manipal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with previously known kidney disease or on fluid dialysis. 2. Children discharged against medical advice. 3. Children with parents denying consent.
