Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of ASA Physical status class I, II elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia age groups of 20-60yrs both genders bmi
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: i. ASA 3 and 4 patients. ii. uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus patients iii. patient with pregnancy, obesity,smokers,severe hepatic or renal failure, hiatus hernia, reflux esophagitis, anticipated difficult airway, history of motion sickness, patients on opioids or steroids, and who received dexamethasone intraoperatively iv. Allergy to study drug v. Patients with a difficult airway, or other significant comorbidities (severe aortic stenosis, significant pulmonary disease, CHF, etc.) vi. Surgery lasting more than 2 hours. vii.bmi >25
