Inclusion criteria: elective cardiac surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age less than 65 yrs old. preoperative critical state, emergent surgery, not consenting for assessment.

MeasureTime frame
length of ICU stay, length of hospital stay, duration of mechanical ventilation, arrhythmias, post operative morbidity including stroke, AKI. Timepoint: 30 days
