Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: fasting blood sugar level 100 to 126 mg per dl post prandial blood sugar level 140 to 199 mg per dl Known case of Prediabetes newly diagnosed prediabetic patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: type 1 diabetes type 2 diabetes pancreatic disorder lactating and pregnant mother currently using oral Hypoglycemic Agents
