Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with early childhood caries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with any systemic disease. Children who are on any antimicrobial therapy within 3 months by the start of the study Children on long term medications. Children with known history of allergy to Xylitol or any other allergy Children with any developmental abnormalities
