Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-75 years TB patients on standard ATT regimen (INH & Rifampicin)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Drug resistant TB ALT, & AST more than 5x ULN at baseline Bilirubin more than 2x ULN at baseline Pregnancy and Lactation Concomitant use of glibenclamide and immunosuppressants
