Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: T2DM patients of either gender aged 18 years and above with at least one cardiovascular coexisting condition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with type 1 diabetes mellitus 2. Keto acidosis 3. Pregnant women. 4. Patients with CKD as comorbid condition 5. Patient with stroke psychiatric disorders, neurological disorders, nephrology, hepatology, oncological, respiratory disorders, infectious disorders
