Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Population patients who are diagnosed with head and neck cancer stage IIIA to IVB Pre-treatment before starting with chemoradiotherapy AGE more than or equal to 18 years All genders Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group ECOG performance status scale Grade less than 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not hemodynamically stable like uncontrolled hypertension more than or equal to 140 mmHg systolic and 90 mmHg diastolic and a resting heart rate of more than or equal to 120 beats per minute Platelet count less than 50000 per µL Any known cardiac or respiratory disease or neurologic or orthopedic conditions that could interfere with the successful completion of the exercise tests and limit participation in the test Patients with psychological illness that can interfere with the test
