Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with small or large intestinal pathology where intestinal anastomosis is required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing gastric anastomosis or proximal diversion 2.Pregnancy/puerperium 3.Patient on steroid therapy 3.The patients with co-morbid conditions like diabetes mallitus, hypertention 4.Patients on immunosupressive therapy 5.Patient infected with hepatitis b and c as well as hiv
